^I don't know what that is for but it sure does not belong here with it's 250KB size when the rules clearly state 50KB or less.

I hope this is what you wanted :

back-forth animation (lower quality due to AS size limits)
normal animation and upside down

non-continuos animation (higher quality)

If you want to change it (speed, adding something to it, making him less shaky - this is a bit tricky), then say so
not so shaky, but going up and down
