Not a huge kuroneko fan but. I won't be biased about my opinion.
Her figure itself is nice and her body posture is nice as well. Only problem I need to nitpick is probably the mouth.
It doesn't really look like its well made and seems rushed. (The mouth)

well, i'm a kuroneko fan, but not being biased as well, i think they based it from this image:

so, i'd say it was well made.

but then again, that's just me. XD

Look at the mouth comparison to the original picture and the figure.
A bit off imo

With 28 years? I don't think that is possible, as the language itself is very difficult to learn.

Sadly not, but if you really dig deep and maybe listen to them a handful of times you will get to understand them almost clearly, just like what I do.

Each episode of the first season had additional scenes in the BD and so each episode was few minutes longer than when it aired on TV. Is it the same for 2nd season's BD?

Don't know whether the first one really had additional scenes. What was the case (and that counts for the second as well) is that some episodes had the ED cut out, with the ED song laid over the end of the episode itself, due to time reasons. For example in the TV version of the first episode of the second season the opener is moved to the end (with the ending lacking). This has been redone in the BD version, so that version is slightly longer than the TV version. But the scenes are still pretty much the same.

See the post two above from SigUp. I too am not sure if there were really new scenes, or if it was just that the had dedicated OP/ED segments instead of having credits play over episode content.
