I think Freshmen Team has some interest in weapon or violent stuff (Is this correct term?) ,but they view them as something cool or cute not a killing tool. Maybe that's why they want to try Sensha-do in the first place. OVA2 should be a good chance to learn more about them.

By the way, whose room do you think they are in when they watch Kelly Heroes? Azusa?

I'd rather wait till the Ides of March (appropriately enough, March is named after the god of war). I'm 4 episodes in and this show knows how to entertain.
