Nanoha had the smallest breasts of the group during middle school. Between then and StrikerS she had grown considerably.

Still, since this is an image for the sake of fanservice, proportions may be changed from the canon portrayals. I still don't understand why they don't release official measurements, especially when less fanservice orientated shows include them.

To be honest, I feel it's pandering the wrong way; measurements for fictional characters? I can understand we all have our own likes, but I always preferred less fanservice, and less of information that's important. I mean, the Strike Witches franchise put out an official quiz, showing panty shots of each girl, and seeing if you could identify them based on that.

I have a real hard time trying to bring new people into anime, when we have stuff like that. Kinda drills home the stereotype people have about otaku. =/

I just want measurements for some consistency and accuracy for my writing. If I knew Nanoha had a bust of 88 and Hayate only had one of 80, I'd know I could have her say "Nanoha-chan is so lucky... I wish my boobs were that big!"

Without it I just have to eyeball it. Like in my Christmas fic I had Subaru, Wendi, and Nove fight about who should go down the chimney with the justification of "Your boobs are the smallest!" I have no idea which of the three is truely the smallest, because that information isn't available.
