I think it is because it is pink, which is so close to her skin colour. Makes it seem as though she isn't wearing anything but the *ahem* is partially censored out by the bottom threshold line.

Other than the (slightly altered) render and the desire to be whimsical, I started over from scratch. How's this?

@LKK This background fit better than the previous one. I would rework the colors of the background and the sharpenes of the render.

Do you mean the solid pale yellow color of the background or the color of the individual bubbles? Or both? And yeah, the render needs some refining, I agree.

Hmm. It's bright yet not too complex and I really like it. The text could do with maybe some improvement to a more 'fun' font but besides this I really like it!

Looking very nice. Maybe blur/blend the orange cirlcles in the middle a bit more, as they are a tad distracting. Not too much though.
