okay right now i am a bit confussed
when is Lelouch's birthday?

5 dec or 9 jan.. wiki says january but i hear different from other places
does anyone know Suzaku's as well? (not trusting wiki on it if lulu's is wrong)

Just a question... In eps. 12, there is a brief scene almost halfway into the episode, where you see the glasses girl shaded, you know the one that's scared of the Japs or whatnot.. Anyways, is she masturbating to Princess Euphemia's picture?

Sorry if' it's a retarded question, but I need someone's opinion on this weird scene lol

This may be a stupid question, but it occurs to me that I have never really understood the relationship between the director and the writers. So, how exactly does it work with Taniguchi and the writers. I know he is the one who decides where characters are going as well as important things like the ending, but what else?

And what about the writers?

just some random anecdotes:
-Taniguchi and Okouchi created the story together, Yoshino was brought in as an assistant.
-Taniguchi selected Fukuyama for Lelouch because he wanted someone who sounded like a good guy forcing himself to sound like a bad guy. Other way around for Sakurai as Suzaku.
-The VAs said that they're afraid to ask Taniguchi about their theories for the series for fear that the story will be changed if they're right.
-Taniguchi was the one who made Lelouch have the bomb at the end of 25
-Taniguchi is known for being really damn involved in his series.
-during season 1 an animator was hospitalized, and there was a joke among the staff that Taniguchi was the cause.
-Okouchi spent 3 weeks arguing with Taniguchi over what Lelouch should order Suzaku to do ("LIVE!" was Okouchi's idea)

Taniguchi and Okouchi create the plot, Okouchi and Yoshino write the scripts, the animators do storyboards, etc. And Taniguchi being the director is there every step of the way giving approval and direction. I find the best way to learn about how production works for anything is to watch extra features like commentaries though, so if you want to learn more I'd suggest buying the DVDs and watching them when they come out in english.

does Lulu come up with name, Geass? or does someone tell him that his power has that name. because i specifically remember that in ep 1., C.C. refers to the power as the Power of the King and not Geass? I realize that Lulu calls his power Geass for like the whole show, but where does the name originate?
