Being a huge baseball fan I love Major. Great show.
Just wanted to comment on the note in episode 46 abotu the gyroball not being real. Well that is up for some debate. There is reportedly a guy in Japan throwing one right now. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyroball for more info for those wondering about it. It would be interesting to see if this actually real and how effective it would be. |

If I was running Kaido, I'd get Goro's butt out of there faster than white on rice. Unless they plan to scrap their "manual baseball" altogether, he's the worst kind of insurgent. He happens to be absolutely right, of course, but I doubt that'd matter to them.

Hmm, just finished volume 58 of the manga, and it'll probably be a while before I read more of it. It's a manga best marathoned, just like the anime.
Regarding season 3, I can't really see how they can make it interesting, unless they make huge leaps in time and skip a lot of stuff. While it's been stellar up to that point, it takes a dive into that dreaded and oft-used scenario manga authors choose when they think their protagonists are getting too strong: Spoiler:
What the hell is "Kaido"? It's "Kaidou", dammit! I bet you call him Goro, too. :(
