Now that you say it, it seems a little weird to kill Michel right now just after his relationship with Klan just bloomed. What's even stranger is how Grace played with Michel's mind by reminding him of the incident with his dead sister; we all said that Jessica's death was surrounded by mystery and Grace went out far to dig that information. I wouldn't be surprised if Grace "recruits" Michel in her little army using the painful memories of Jessica the same way she did on Brera. That way, we'd have some good mystery for all "detectives" here to work on.

The whole point of Michaels death was to push the triangle forward. It was quite obvious really, with Michael telling Alto that he was too cowardly to move forward with Klan... and now Klan is actively pushing for Alto to make up his mind.

Still, there's too much mystery around Michel to leave it that way. That's why I wouldn't be surprised if he has to come back in a possible 2nd season (if there ever will be).

Contrary to the whole Galaxy thing ( which I think should not be resolved overly hasty, as what it looks like now ), I think the episode focused on Michael was just to give him some depth of character, so that we´d care more about him.

I wouldn't care of his death if Klan and her love towards him didn't exist. Cuz he was quite a jerk in the biginning, no matter if he justified his playboy attitude later as ''cowardly''

See, Macross F? You can make good drama when you put your mind into it. The illegal tenant infestation matter was brought to a close nicely, the interlude between was kept short, nicely packed and to the point, and the road for the grand finale (I suppose was opened). A nice wind down episode, and we even got a promising foreshadowing of what is to come. Finally, I was able to empathize to some decent level with Ranka and her goodbye scene, and Alto actually resembled something of a logical character, as flawed as he is.

What will Ranka's voyage to the Overmind nest bring upon our story? Will be shown the result of Sheryl personal growing? Will the conspiracy by the secret very evil group in the shadows be brought in the light? Will our acting president realize that he has been a mere tool all this time? Will Alto finally don his kabuki outfit? Will Luca show us what happens when the cute characters snap? Be tunned for the next episodes!

Well Alto is just Alto, impulsive as he is, he actually held back in this episode

I did enjoy your little cliffhanger questions there (with the DBZ voice ) I actually agree with most of your comments about each episode. Although I actually liked Alto after he began to develop from his overly serious attitude
