Hey, he was willing to defy his parents and take the consequences to marry the woman he loves. That takes strength. (His character song basically tells Shannon not to let Battler grope her since she's his fiancee.)

He always came across as overly-demanding.. especially in speech, though that could also be attributed to his social awkwardness.. though George just gathered hate from me for all the little things he did.

I never had any beef with George. He was just a bit too mellow, so I can see why he is not popular. But I must say, take off those glasses, I just might fall for him. I love his dedication (although it is a bit creepy).

George is the one character in Umineko I neither love nor hate, which says alot considering I like everyone in the game.
George is just to easy to make fun of, and he doesn`t really help that whenever he has a "plot moment" he goes creepy,

I could say his character didn't gave any impact to me at all. He did have a few of his admiring moments but it wasn't a match to the other characters.
