I recommend you use an alternative web browser like Firebird ( http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird ) which has an integrated popup blocker.

Try Meaya Pop-up Filter. It works awesomely for me. Or at least it did until I switched to Opera (a web browser) which doesn't have as good a pop-up filter. Opera can kill all the pop-ups or most of the pop-ups, but it isn't as good as Meaya at figuring out which pop-ups I actually want. If I didn't think that Opera was awesomely better than IE I would switch back just so that I could use Meaya again.

The new google toolbar has a great popupkiller, the only thing you'll need to like the toolbar, which I found very useful as well.

I'd go with Opera too (that's what I'm doing anyways) even though the pop-up killer is a little too ... killer, since it destroys almost anything.

Firebird has a "smart" popup filter. Actually, Opera does too if I remember correctly!

that's the bad point of the version 6
opera 7 solves that issue, but had much more bugs :/

I use Opera 7.23, not version 6. Which is the bad point? That it won't work as well as Meaya or that I can't configure it to work with Meaya? If you know a solution, then please share it with me.

It doesn't work very well. It won't allow AnimeSuki to open a window when I get a new PM for instance. And there is no way to disable it for specific sites. Meaya is better.
