I think Misaka means when the camera faces Kuroko, with Biribiri's "after-lightning" flashing in front of Kuroko.

From the ED of Railgun, around 20:50-20:51 when Misaka is sleeping on the desk, then opens her eyes and raises her head a bit. Make it endless loop.
