They were chilling on a vacation when Birdway and her bitches (Kamijou Church, Accel Family and Pro Driver Hamazura) came and attacked them.

Seriously tough, they seem to have wanted to make a volcano erupt.

Before he did so he went up to a random tourist mother and daughter duo and recorded a message, saying all his immediate subordinates have all became enemies of US regardless of their will due to outside interference, as if they were possessed. To prevent suffering the same fate he left the White House, leaving this message to say he wasn't kidnapped and he left of his free will to solve this incident himself as a member of the US.

After he made that recording he left immediately, and seconds later men in black suits came rushing out of the conference site and tried to track him down.

I won't call a her a villain nor say she fooled them.

Just try reading Stiyl's SS last part and you will clearly understand her goals. She is just doing what is needed to be done.

Related party of a "certain incident"? Was it referring to Remnant or Misuzu?

But unlike him, Birdway's motivation is a solid one, isn't for the sake of a world he didn't knows but the view she wants to keep on a world she knows very well and thus wants to lay her hands on.


At this point, I think her determination is as strong as Acqua's which obviously means to be stronger than Touma's.
