From the look of suprised face of Ringo I can tell that she has fallen in love with Oga. She didn't even finished her word yet just stoned there without saying or doing anything. I don't think it would suprise me she now tries to flirt with him and made Aoi mad and here we have cute and hilarious cat fight compared to this chapter's fight, lol.

hmmm I dont know but I think that the "cigarets" are the contracts... like those tissues that furoichi used the other time.... since when she puts that smoke in her mouth she instantly gets faster, stronger and more crazy

first time we see her smoke... aoi got beaten a little.... next time we see her smoke she pushed aoi back... and 3rd time when she put that smoke she moved very fast and did that fast attacks.... so each time she puts a smoke in her mouth she gets stonger

and well for oga... well she was supprised that even throught she threatened him he didnt even blink and just sneezed :P and then oga just stands and goes... she does nothing XD

I wonder how will be her reaction to hear that he is brother of the founder that created this gang in the first place XD

how come nobody knows that Misaki is Oga's sister when we saw in Furiuchi's flashback that he often taked part in Red tail's battle

well maybe becouse she didnt want to involve him in those fights to much... like when misakis friends asked oga if he wants to go on a party to play.... misaki was there doing the "Hey!" look.... like dont involve my brother or he will get hurt

so it might be that those red tails left the gang and went to collage...and some new recruits took over after they heared of this woman only gang...

but misakis name is known... since its a girls only gang... they shouldnt be any records about oga ^^

How would they know? Kunieda is the 3rd leader. And she is 2nd year. Which means the fist "generation" Red Tails disbanded 5 years ago.

Obviously he's in a safe spot and he'll come out when the coast is clear just like during Nasubi vs Kanzaki.
I really can't remember a time when he contributed in fights.

Another possibility is that he met up with Hilda, called Alaindelon over to investigate the guy Hilda met on the roof and his organization.

Wha, adding Ringo? Yeah right... No way - Aoi would kill her if she tried to make a move on him. Speaking of Aoi, she was completely awesome this chapter. Small meta-awesome moment for her for keeping cool when Oga put his hand on her shoulder. XD She's the best when she's in 'fight mode'.

I'm surprised Oga, and especially Kunieda, didn't recognize Koma's energy being used. There's no way that Aoi couldn't recognize it after all this time. I have to chalk that against the writer.
