He didn't come up with it because it's impossible to master, he came up with it (with massive help) to circumvent the problems posed by it, whilst gaining access to as much power as possible.

BTW, CZ is also translating a new novel on BT and guess what? It has dragons on it.

Sekai no Owari no Encore. BTW it is on BT.

Vol 1 is already translated and he is starting on vol 2.

I personally think you will like it. I have enjoyed it so far.

Seems good, might give it a try. But just a question, why don't we make use of a referal thread for dxd like content, for, you know, helping to cope until the next vol comes out. With stuff thats similar to dxd. Sorry for a bit off topic.

So everyone keeps saying that by gaining the Evil pieces that a dragon becomes 100% devil. Then why would Issei or any of the other dragons be affected by weapons that contain Dragon Slayer properties?

because "everyone" aka just a couple of people on the forum are speculating on this point, one not made clear by the author yet.

but back to the harem, how long do you think it will be till the harem is complete. my guess is by or 1-2 volumes after v20

You are still affected by what would hurt you before you were a Devil and now you also will be hurt by things that would hurt a Devil. So your behind the eight ball.

I see your point, I just think that later in the series Ise will rely on his dragon side more than his devil side. He already relies on it more than his devil powers.
Also about the completion of his Harem who knows when it will be finished, maybe we have the core members of it already but its hard to tell with all the new characters being introduced and with the coming of a new arc.

I wonder whose approval does Issei need within his harem to add new members to the harem. In the status quo, it seems that at minimum, the decision ultimately requires a consensus between Issei and Rias (Ravel Phenix, Le Fay, etc...), for the more recent additions to the harem.

Probably Rias, but once that the harem has been "official" then i am sure the girls would make rules how issei interacts to other women outside his harem otherwise Issei's women would keep multiplying.

I think as long as they get along with the other girls they won't mind so much. At some point I agree that they will set rules on his adding more or interacting with other women.

Since Ise is the Harem "Boss" some of his girls may not like it but they really have nothing to say, If you look at things at the moment all the girls except Rias are not in a position to say much.
