Wait, isn't she Mission Control for the Divers?
I remember MuvLuv wikia calling her "the woman with the most suckiest job" since she has to watch some of her Divers die before they reach Earth.

BTW, I'm just assuming the last part of her story would be during Ouka. That pic is one of the best fan art I saw for that moment.

I believe that that XG-70 might be a version suited for diving, that's why it's kinda different.

And South America may be dead already, i don't remember BETAverse mentioning about it's state, but the Hives page on ML wiki seems to not mention any hive on S.A.
The only mention of a hive in the American continent is the one in Canada that was nuked to Death by the US.

I doubt South America is dead. The US would have to be fighting fiercly along with Mexico on the forefront to prevent the invasion into the U.S. However, it's said through the story and other mediums, that the US is far away from the front, and many of it's soldiers lacks "experience" in fighting the BETA.

Well, after playing ML Alternative Chronicles - Resurrection, i believe South America is not dead, but doesn't contributes to the fight itself, and is instead housing refugees from war and other things (maybe food processing or other more humanity-survival-related stuff).
