doesn't look so unlikely, that would be around 2-3 chapters each episode, which i'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing since the manga is a monthly one and the chapters usually are longer than weekly mangas so having a monthly manga adapted in such narrow episode time may end up cutting off most of the comedy, or if not the comedy something else, to being able to fit that much in a single episode :/ on the opposite, if they did manage to fit most/all of it in an episode space that should make the episodes pretty fast paced, which is always a great thing really hope it's the latter and not the former (fast paced vs content being cut) Last edited by zeando; 2013-06-07 at 05:39. |

Looks better than expected. Not how I envisioned Staz' voice, but it'll probably grow on me. |

Viz Media announced that it has streaming and home video rights for the series. They will stream the show on their web site and on Hulu starting Sunday, July 7. The home video will be a DVD & Blu-Ray release in 2014 with both Japanese and English language tracks. The English dub will also be available through Neon Alley. [Source]

Well, this episode was basically The Oosaka Ryouta Show. XD Not that I mind, as he continues to be awesome.
Spoiler for ep 1:
I wonder what was that random Nakai Kazuya cameo, though. (He's not credited but there's no way that wasn't him.) |

Very funny show. An otaku-NEET-vampire-mafia-boss who's into manga and video game meets a human girl. Then, the stage is changed to a bar. The bartender has three eyes. The reference reminds me about the manga 3X3 Eyes. It's why the bartender knows the mafia boss.

Nice to see that there's a lot of positive response to this, because I'm of the same mind.
This is a very interesting idea, and the show has some very nice quality. The art style is particularly interesting, especially with Staz and Fuyumi. Also, that may be one of the most adorable skeletons I've ever seen. Blood Lad was a pick I had high hopes for and as is often the case my choice was a good one! I look forward to more.
