Hmm... I just noticed the next episode title is "I'm from Planet Otaku", which would imply that they will jump into a filler story perhaps? (probably the one in vol. 6)

Genshiken had better have a second season after these OVAs.

Yeah, it would make sense since they are only releasing 3 OVA's right? Faithfully continuing with the story would be rather tight. Maybe, we will get to see Ohno's friends.

Seriously, they need to create a new season of Genshiken.

You're spot on there. If we do get a second season, then it'll probably be announced after the OVA's have finished - it also depends on where the OVA's stop. It looks like the anime has planned to skip Chapter 23 (Where you find out about Tanaka & Ohno being a couple), though thinking about it - people who're watching the OVA are probably people who have read the manga.

Anyway, watched the first OVA again before. Funny that it always puts me in the best of moods - that also happens with the manga and original series. :3

Also - did anyone notice the characters from the Ohno's Yaoi collection? Seeming as though i'm having so much fun with the OVA, i'll point some out. :3

While Genshiken OVA has not been licensed yet, it is produced by MFI, therefore we won't be listing fansubs here on AnimeSuki. See Removal of Media Factory Inc. Works for details.

Since it is "restricted", the following posts are no longer allowed.

Asking where you can find Genshiken OVA downloads or torrents.
Discussing Genshiken OVA fansub groups (past or present).
Asking for help downloading Genshiken OVA.
Asking for playback help for Genshiken OVA episodes.

These rules applies to fansubs (in English or any other language) and raws alike.

You still are allowed to discuss the anime, that has not changed but please remember to limit the discussion to the story.

so i just got around to watching episode 13 and it was very good. too bad the last half of the first series could not have stayed on this path.

Spoiler: I liked the taking down of the old Kujibiki posters and the putting up of the new ones. Nice touch that.
