Wow, yes, according to that PDF admitting their guilt, it looks like they will also refrain from using the plagerized tracks. I know there's that one track that sounds like Terminator, though amusingly I didn't know it was from Terminator until I heard it in Kai.
It's a shame they can't work out a compromise, though. Dragonball seems to me an homage to Western culture almost as much as to the original Chinese legend it's based on. |

I thought the music fit nicely. I like the original Kai soundtrack better than the Z track, but I actually thought the old tunes kinda fit this episode particularly well. And this was a great episode of course, I really like the final collaboration that gave Gohan an opening to vaporize Cell.
