Hmm...this catgirl looks so familiar at first glance, but upon closer inspection, she's actually Windows 2000-chan of a desktop wallpaper of mine! The resemblance is undeniable. Someone CGed that catgirl into Windows 2000-chan (she's the cutest).

If I remember correctly I found that animated gif in some pic posting forum quite a while ago. In fact I have other animated gifs featuring that kitty. I always thought it came from some anime I've never seen

That cat-girl comes from the anime "Princess Warukyure". It's quite an adorable little show, but unfortunately the plot is lacking IMO. There are A LOT of cat-girls in that one. I won't spoil the show for you guys though
