Edit: I am hoping someone knows a way to change the teleport command back to being "shield+up/down" rather than "Shield+ascend/decend".

Edit2: Just so I don't end up filling this thread with my posts, does anyone bother playing well with all the characters? I've seen some people online who don't mind being anyone and can't help but feel that playing with only 3-4 characters kind of puts me at the bottom.

Lina, Sarara, Nanoha, Hayate, Fate and Vita. :P
Other characters are more boring/annoying.

Primary: Fate, Nanoha (both A's and StS)

Seconday: basically any melee character (because at least I can do normal attacks).

Hayate only if I'm in a team.

Personally, I found Lina and Naga too easy to beat since their skills must be charged and are not that strong.

Nah, there are many tricks you can do with chargeable attacks. Lina and Naga can move while charging, and hold the attacks while flying around.

If only they can move faster.

For example. Either Lina or Naga vs Fate StS.

Lina or Naga charge while moving

Fate: Trident Smasher at medium range

Result: always hit.

And for those characters who can't seem to hit them (normal shots cannot) you can always stick to circling them.

I find melee types the most annoying since they just keep going after you, making it impossible to win a 3 v 1 with them. >.<

By the way, how do you even get a draw in that game?

You make a time limit. If time's out and you and the opponent still alive - it's a draw.

Too bad I'm a veteran now. But I used to play in MBA /jp/ tournaments and won few consecutive years before I stopped. Now I'm just TL'ing ~_~

Alyxenace, I hope you will at least play after you are done translating to enjoy your own work. How long since you have stopped playing? The game does change especially when some characters get scaled.

People do, sometimes. But rarely.

It's been about...almost half a year since I stopped. /jp/ MBA Tourney is around February-ish. I quit around April.

Translation is pretty tedious, and I have to keep testing to make sure script works and everything. Oh, since you're an active MBA player, why don't you come to #BulletBuster (I said this on hongfire but my objective is little different this time) and test out my alpha translations? I'll put you in the credits for alpha testing.
