In fillers character, I think Ashido will come back after the Hueco Mundo.
Kubo really like the character and he have'nt shown all his potential :
no release of his zanpakuto and Kubo have said

Tobiume is Hinomori, Ruriiro Kujaku is Yumichika, Katen Kyoukatsu is Shunsui, Hoozukimaru is Ikkaku, Komamura uses Tenken and Sougyo no Kotowari is Ukitake's.

Could someone be so nice and tell me, when i want to pick this series up which episodes are canon and which are fillers so that I can just enjoy the canon and not those fillers.

This is an up-to-date list of all fillers and how long they run. Note that not all of the filler is unpleasant; some of it (allegedly; I don't watch the anime, only read the manga) is actually decent from what I've heard.

How long will it last, though? The manga will only just be finishing the arc (if it even is done) around that time, and there's almost no way there'll be enough content for the anime to do more than just that arc before falling back into filler.

The Lost Agent Arc is supposed be starting this September, if I recall correctly. That's far too soon in my opinion, but it's still good news for the people following the anime, I guess (I'm not).
