Huh? How are you somehow coming to the conclusion that "that" is Aiwass? So far, "that" is rather vague as to what it's referring to.

The Index and Railgun anime websites have been updated for the first time in years.
New Blu-ray Box sets for Index I&II and Railgun 1&S will be released in October and November respectively as as part of the Dengeki 25th anniversary.
The boxes will be sold separately at a special reduced price.
In addition, special 2-Box sets of Index I/II and Railgun 1/S will be sold at a slightly higher price which will include both seasons as well as a newly illustrated BOX jacket poster.

The return of the 3 heroes is happening the question is what enemy are they going to battle?

I think Accel is going to fight Aiwass because last time he show up it cause problem for Last Order so it may be happening to her again, he could also being attacking the now open Windowless Building because he had ton of reason to want to attack AC Leader even if he does not know that the Leader had change.

Even Hamazura could be going to attack the leader of AC and to both Accel and Hamazura a hole opening up in Windowless Building is the perfect time to get at the Leader of AC even if they don't know the Leader had change.
