Well there is the manga and anime for this. But I think vol 12 we will see the Crimson queen illustration. I get this feeling.

I'm not sure about that but Vali is the child of Lucifer. But Lucifer dies during the great war between Angels, Demons and fallen angels. Does that mean that he is a lot older than we all think?
If you look at the rate of Ise's progress, Ise may have more potential than Vali.

Sorry to break your hope but Renalle is dead, definitively dead. So we'll never see her again except maybe if there is a flashback when Ise his trauma.
