Well there is no definite answer as of now but if Kishimoto intends it that way he's not making a good job showing it.
Anyhow what Kakashi said was more along the line : If you solely rely on the power of the CS your strenght will never grow.
Basically if Sasuke only counts on the boost of power given by the mean of the CS instead of counting on himself he will not grow enough.
So at this point it's about your own interpretation, if you think Sasuke uses the CS as a mere tool in his arsenal or if he is completely relying on it instead.

Actually in part two Sakura is leaning more toward Naruto on a romantic level then Sasuke, so far it has been about 100 chapters or so since part two of Naruto started, Sakura has yet to show any romantic interest in Sasuke like she used to. Sasuke is the same as ever in terms of feelings and emotions toward Konoha/Naruto/Sakura however more colder then he was.

In fact, Sakura's crush toward Sasuke has turned in to sympathy more then anything now a days. Sasuke does not return to Sakura, or the Village, or I should say he has not yet. He stays with Orochimaru and trains with him, the first time Naruto, Sakura, meet with Sasuke in part 2, Orochimaru is with him. Sasuke attempts to kill Naruto, and Sakura, while Sakura attacks Sasuke with no emotions or hesitation. However, in the end they fail in capturing Sasuke once again to bring back to Konoha.

There is allot of stuff that happens in-between, before, and after all this. . . (Like Naurto going four tails, Sakura's epiphany and semi-revelation of feelings for Naruto by Yamato (Tenzo), Orochimaru getting killed by Sasuke, Sasuke creating his own team called "Hebi" with three new characters) that’s why your question is some what complicated, but that is the story so far and then some.

Well, to be honest its most likely because Sakura is not a little girl any more. Shippuden is roughly three years later it’s a long time to self reflect and find your self. It’s also a long time to wait around for some one, silly Crush's and "Puppy Love" is bound to end at one point or another, and in my own opinion Sakura always loved Naruto she just didn’t know it yet. After all you always hurt the ones you love the most, especially when your kids and you don’t know what that annoying feeling is poking at you. However, if you want to know in details I suggest you pick up the Manga.

Thanks i guess your right its probally because i like sasuke but ever since episode 109 where he left i began to like him less and less!
By the way where would you get a manga at a regular bookstore or do you have to order them. I have a Inuyasha book but i don't really see many of ethier?

Your welcome anytime , also the reason I suggested you should pick up the Manga, is because the anime is not a direct reflection of the Manga. In the anime Lines are changed, things are altered, things "never happened" (that’s actually happened) etc. . .

Yes she does, but Naruto is still totally oblivious to her lust for him lol. . . I kind of feel sorry for her, but Sakura and Naruto are kind of meant to be especially because when Naruto gets his skin burned off completely Sakura heals it back to normal. Naruto is so reckless with him self, and his own body I can't see any one else better for him. (Also Sakura isn’t afraid to smack Naruto over the head to set him straight if she needs to haha, and yes she still smacks him around love taps! lol)

I feel compeled to give a different view than 0TaKu0 on this : he is a Naruto/Sakura fanatic so I think his take on this is grossly exagerated

As someone who really can't care less about pairing in this manga, the fact is that the amount of romance in part 2 is close to non existant, there is a couple of lines about this kind of relation in ~150 chapters. In other words if someone who thinks Sasuke is meant to pair with Sakura had answered first he would have given you the opposite answer.

If you have more question about pairing couple you should rather ask about this in thread like this for example.

I'll have to disagree with you on that Hunter. While its true that if some one who thinks Sasuke is meant to pair with Sakura had answered first, it would be different I would still defend it. Calling me a fanatic is not totally true, there are blind fans who use things that aren’t there to try and justify existence of something none-existent. I would never try to do such a thing, I think you have known me long enough on these forms to know that I always back up what I propose, and I'm definitely no blind "fanatic".

If you will look at this post Link It's pretty obvious my take on it is no where near grossly exaggerated, nor am I some blind fan boy who does not consider the facts and what we are seeing. Also here is another Link, you will see that It is not only I who feel this way, and see's what I see. I mean, you can't deny it because its all over the place in the manga its not like I'm making this up, or pulling it out of my ass, there is no argument there. Don't pretend as if the Yamato (Tenzo) thing never happened when he is literally about to tell Sakura, she really loves / has feelings for Naruto when he is interrupted.

Also Hunter for "someone who really can't care less about pairing in this manga" you sure took the time to call me a fanatic, and say what I stated is grossly exaggerated. Maybe so, however something needs to be there for it to be exaggerated, something that’s the truth. The truth is, Sakura is more in to Naruto in part 2 simple as that, and just because I felt the need to explain why Sakura is more in to Naruto instead of the simple "Sakura doesn’t like Sasuke any more" doesn’t make it grossly exaggerated. Sorry, but I’m no fanatic, or fan boy, I am simply a fan because of what’s actually there and not made up.

Well, based on the frequency with which you post about Naruto X Sakura, especially on spoiler threads (which Hunter maintains a high amount of traffic on) I'd say his assessment of "fanatic" is pretty accurate. However, I'd agree with you that your fanaticism is not entirely visceral, since you're obviously a rock lee fan, and anyone who is a fan of lee and wants to simply "believe" in a pairing would obviously go with the Lee X Sakura protection until death. To rephrase, at least there's logic and reason (regardless of how flimsy) behind your assessment of their relationship.

My frequency of which I post Naruto X Sakura has nothing to do with that at all. It's more I like the idea / possibility of romance in Naruto is why I post, period. Almost every Shounen Manga, wither its Naruto, Shaman King, Bleach. Whatever, there is always some hints of romance, as small and little as it is, its there. That is what I am a fan of, while there are people who don’t like it, or could care less I am not one of them I care about that little bit and it's there for people like me.

I have no specific fanatic for any one, especially not Naruto x Sakura. I'm definitely not bias like some people on these forms I like Sasuke and Naruto equally and believe they are both important to each other in terms of characters. In fact, before Part two, I was all about Naruto x Hinata. Why? Cause the idea / possibility of romance was obviously there, and all over. I switched to Naruto X Sakura because of what I observed in part two, which is there, I'm not the only one who observed it, and its definitely not made up, I follow it because its the truth and its the reality.

I like how you automatically assume I am a rock lee fan because of my sig and my avatar. However fact is, I switch my sig and avatar every two weeks or so because I make them, I have always wanted to include Kaneda's motorcycle from Akira in one of my sig's because that is one of my favorite anime and the bike looks bad ass. I like almost every character in the Naruto Manga some more then others, but not to a blind fan boy status.

When I found this picture of Rock Lee, not only did the colors fit perfectly but the outfit did as well. So that is how it is, my sig will change soon having nothing to do with anything. However you assuming that I am a Rock Lee fan only because of my sig and avatar, kind of proves my point of how people judge a book by its cover. I have been on these forms for some time and out of my 600+ post's maybe only 10~15 are Sakura x Naruto based. Most of it in the same thread and debating/defending one discussion, not blindly but with facts and logic that is really in the Manga and not made up. If you actually took the time to read this Link and Link you will see it is all there, where the logic comes from, and its definitely not "flimsy".

Books are meant to be judged by their covers, so don't complain when people do. Porn has naked ladies on the cover. Childrens' books have large block letters on the cover. Fantasy books have swords and stuff on the cover. Wierd how I would conclude that someone who displays a badass picture of rock lee to everyone on the message boards for about two weeks is a rock lee fan. I'm obviously horrible at deductive reasoning; you've shown me the error of my ways. Its apparent now that its impossible that anyone would ever come to that conclusion.

Call it flimsy, its a matter of opinion like I said in my previous post this is not for everyone its only for people like me who look for that little hint of romance that is there. Once again the point is, Naruto invoking emotions in Sakura is there, it is not something I am making up and blindly trying to defend it. Something like Yamato (Tenzo) about to tell Sakura or her emotions / feelings for Naruto is just one of the many things that has happened in the Manga. Meaning Kishimoto him self put this in to the manga, and is obviously meant to hint at something, calling this "flimsy" is like calling anything else in the Manga flimsy. My point is, Kishimoto put these things in the Manga, they didn’t come out of the blue, he put them in the Manga knowing what they would do and what they would hint at, simple as that.

I never once said that you didn't have a basis for your fanaticism; as a matter of fact, I deliberately said that you avoided a visceral reaction, so I don't know who you're debating with on that point. That still doesn't change the fact that your actions demonstrate fanaticism, so Hunter's original point stands.

Also, no action is ever performed without the person doing it making some kind of assumption, so according to you we're all asses.

Lastly, Kishi put in emotional reactions, but he has yet to put in a romantic connection, so don't say that he has.

I didn't mean anything wrong by fanatism, maybe that was a bad choice of word on my part, keep in mind I consider as such people posting on a daily basis on specialized forum like this one so I wasn't singling you out or excluding myself of the phenomenon.

I understand that you were on my side, you even went as far as to say I avoided a visceral reaction, and I thank you for that. True, but Kishimoto put it in there knowing what would come of it, if he was not trying to hint at the possibility of Naruto x Sakrua at all, he would not have put the Yamato (Tenzo) speaking to Sakura scene in the Manga wouldn’t you agree?

Thanks for explaining that a bit clearly Hunter, I guess I was kind of annoyed mostly because of the word you used, you know how I am and how I feel about fan boys. Also I respect you as one of the most knowledgeable people on these forms, so to see that from you kind of offended me I guess. I agree with Hunter entirely about the fanatic thing. The word has a negative conotation, but please don't think that I meant it in a negative way. When theres so much open-endedness in a story like this, people are bound to speculate and then become attached to their theories. I know that I could describe my own portrayal of several opinions that I've ranted about on these boards as fanatic, such as my constant posts in the rasengan thread about it being a transfer of forces blah blah blah...

How about cats? IIRC those cats, Sasuke got his stuff from looked like they had some long relationship with the Uchiha.

The summoning, as we have seen, has some kind of teacher-student or family/clan kind of relationship. We don't know if Itachi has used one of those to learn his summoning, or used some underhanded method to obtain that technique from someone else, but, regardless of the method he used, I don't think, it would be related to one of the people that we had seen and the animals they summoned.

There are also some unknowns, like whether Konoha, as the village, can provide that summon to its high level ninjas, who do not have any summon. It is not an interesting idea, but, still, possible.

It is highly likely that the cats, we have seen, are somehow related to the summon world, actually, they might indeed be summons, that are getting summoned to do their daily duties. But, having two summoners with completely different goals look strange. Though, it might still be possible that cats are a part of Uchiha summon, but, the ones that are getting summoned for action, are similar to Enma, only the strongest ones.

Anyway, we will most likely see some summons similar to Enma in the future, that will have great complementary strength (as the known boss summons are currently in use). So, I can only expect, Itachi or the likes would show us that kind of summons, that are currently non-existent among the known summons.
