Yep it's Néphi from xenosaga but she may be the girl we see in the zohar in xenogear or the spirit of Sofia that continuously reincarnate like her love, lol some spoiler again, gotta wait 10 years b4 all the episodes come out to know the truth.

The coloring is beautiful, I don't know the character, but it looks wonderful

I just see one thing, the lines have greyish chunks, you should always ink and scan art as a black and white, that will reduce any feathering on your drawing

But not lookin' at the fact you dig small girls you draw some kick-ass pictures dude, i liked the last one too. The coloring is just major, and the linework is sweet aswell. It could be a nice idea to step off the setup of your drawings (a clear small face in front and an blurry big picture in the background) since that was the last setup aswell. I would like to see some other poses, maybe some more dynamics in the field.
