im trying to identify an anime that is about a student who got in trouble with his school manager (guess the manager was an old man) which has resulted in manager leaving the school. the student got depressed and was gonna leave the school until he met the new manager who was a young beautiful woman.

If anyone knows this one, please tell me! Hmm...I remember bits and pieces of it...

Main charater is just an average high school student, enjoying his parents being away for some time. Suddenly he ends up living with a bunch of other teens. They all have some sort of power (from something at a lab i think) and apparently he has a power too. It's not really clear what his power is, but im thinking something to do with time.

I only remember about 3 members of the group of teens. One is a girl. One boy, wears glasses and he somehow knows some things, kinda like premonitions. The other boy has kinda like the power of fire.

This isn't helpful but plz tell me if you know whqat manga im talking about

Psycho Busters, the author is Aoki Yuuya (same of Getbackers) and the Artist is Nao Akinari (same of countrouble). This is mangafox summary

I've been trying to read the name from the bottom and I guess it says something like "otogi" in the beginning and "shitsupo/-bo" at the end but I couldn't find anything that would fit those.

For the last 5-10 years there are plenty of anime that use parody as its main comedy point. However, some of the parodies I just simply forget where it originates from and wondering if anyone can help me.

Girl who have a slice of toast in her mouth rushing to the school and collided with the male lead.

Girl who collided with the male lead accidentally show her panty

I don't think it's a parody of any specific series, just a very-very common stereotype for showing that anime girls can be cute even when they're late.
The pantsu-flash is the same.

I'm sure if you looked, it's in both anime and manga that's older than eva, but I seriously doubt anyone's going to be able to point out what series (if any) it actually originated from. Eva may well have been the series that shot that style of scene to the forefront of a generation even if it wasn't the first to use it.
