While I didn't care as much about Mikoto trying to distract herself from reality, I did appreciate the depth we get on the clone side of it. Getting a look at the process from "birth" to cleaning up dead bodies...
I think it's just that you can feel that things are about to cross a line into incredible. Waiting for that moment to come is a bit tough. Of course with Mikoto coming across her own clone in reality, no more running away from it.
