Indeed, this episode will be a decisive step in Toradora! It will be epic if done right...

Im highly anticipating this episode as i think some serious meat and potatoes are going to be stewed up for us. Im resisting urges to watch the RAW and speed subs i really want to get the dialog down so i will be patient for the normal subs but FRACK is it going to be hard.

Ryu in pimp suit is a must see.

The most important part of this episode :

• Taiga finally convinces Minori to go to the party, then goes home.
• Ryuuji thinks its sad that Taiga should have to spend the evening alone, so he trades in his party suit for a bear costume and heads back to play Santa for Taiga.
• Taiga is surprised by Ryuuji turning up, dancing / hugging / awwwww scene.
• Taiga thanks Ryuuji for making her happy, but throws him out, telling him to head back to finally meet & confess to Minori.
• After he left, Taiga goes all bawww because she realized how happy she is with Ryuuji and how much she needs him. So she cries and runs out into the cold, trying to go after him. But of course he's already gone, so Taiga is left crying in the street.
• Minorin being on the way to the party spots Taiga, who's out in the cold, crying out Ryuuj's name.
• Minorin meets Ryuuji, but before he can confess she tells him "You know Ghosts and UFOs and stuff? I think I'd be better if I didn't see them". Then she leaves.
• Ryuuji collapses.

The ED was more like the ED for a last episode.

I think that was a good idea, the new ED would probably have been seen out of place by a lot of people (like Clannad ep16).
