just caught up with this anime after dropping a few.

This very entertaining, we got a good balance of characters and not just to speak in gender, but character wise they are all likable. One thing though Nozaki looks like a Levi that has a better haircut and took growth pills.

Seriously though this is another anime that made me laugh because of the situations. Waka x Seo ftw! XD

Well, my question is more on old than shoujo; Nozaki should have more "modern" shoujo than older ones. Tsubaki actually distinguishes "modern" and "old school" shoujo by art style in the manga.

someone can explain me what exactly chiyo saw on nozaki to make her fall for him, other than his "look", this guy is so dense, so blant, so stupid, so weird, so poker face, he is much more "emotionless" than tatsuya from mahoka, nozaki make tatsuya look like a happy lovelly guy close to him.

was so painfull see nozaki crushing chiyo first "expectations" over her first date, he making the date look so boring and horrible even in the end he wanted her because he made too much food, omg really love is painful specially with weird guys like him, if nozaki was a real person and lived close to me i could already smaked some "sense on him".

really how that guy could make a so "popular manga" and was so good at romance advices in the past, when him is os terrible to himself.

man i really love this anime and manga.

my favorite characters are seo, mikorin and chiyo and see her being "crushed" like that by nozado is really painful.

Can someone explain to me how a relationship between a dwarf and a giant is possible?

I believe Sakura is 145cm (4'7) and is legally a dwarf at least in the US

Nozaki is listed at 190cm - that's almost 6'3. An average pointguard's height in the pro basketball about.

Seo was right about the lolicon part lol.


Oh and that picture does not show the real differences between Nozaki and Chiyo's height at all.

That said, I'm so not buying the "he only has bishoujo figures" and "only plays bishoujo games" thing, not when in his "on" mode he's basically Tamaki from Ouran Host Club. Either he's very secretly totally into bishounen/otome games and such, or the mangaka is a big fat liar. XD

i read that chapter(i follow the manga), but even with that still hard to see "why she keep in love with him" he just keep crushing/breaking every dream who she have about him.

let's say if i was a girl and i start to learn how weird is the guy i was in love and not really what i was fantasy or dream and even more like a "nightmare" i probably could already give up.

1. You are forgoting 4'7 work for ADULT person. Also Sakura is just 10 centimeters bellow avarage for japan woman (again adult) and females growth usualy doesn't stop until 20 years. Not mention Dwarfism is definet by having medical origin (there is like hundred or so possible issues that can be cause), there is no hints it's case for Sakura

2. Loli isn't just about height either, Sakura doesn't look child like so she doesn't qualify. I think you just insulted or actual lolicons out there

3. Such relationship can work just fine, only problem is that people might mistake couple for father and daughter (or that's what I heard from my parents personal experiences).

and dont forget chiyo still a "teenager" she is a highschool student not a young lady, she is a second year highschool if i'm not wrong then this means something like 16 years, she can still grow a few more.
