Yeah, maybe because he's very enthusiastic now that there's a girl that didn't have romantic affection to him (he feel odd when someone like that near him, the reason of his density), and Kanzashi stopped rebelling when he do that.

Probably an exaggerated version of platonic older brother/ little sister dynamic (lampshaded by Madoka and Tatenashi, so much that Tatenashi DIDN'T deliver innuendo or anything about it).

As far as I knew, really. If it's a boy, they also prone to pranks that make the girl cry, and then he's horrified, confused about what he's done and will try to apologize honestly. (Remember for boys of that age, friendly pranks is a way to express like) On the other hand, the girls will give cookies, trying to hold hand and innocent stuff like that, that disturb the boy a little sometimes.

Well, even Chifuyu is human and prone to mistake. No time to act cool and indifferent when your sis is kidnapped, and then she innocuously blame Ichika.

The kid will try to impress the teen regardless, and get the teen's attention, sometimes to the point of acting bratty.

Orimura rules #1: Any member of Orimura family is badass enough to touch Chifuyu, in a way, depending on plot and situation.
