Harem series are milking you by nature. Well 99% of the time anyway. Don't even bother using the word.

That being said her sister is really grating and pissing me off actually.

well there isn't much good that comes from her sister either way. Lets say she realizes its Raku she cant compete with her sister for a guy (granted that never stopped momo from TLR). The only benefit there could be is if she somehow helps onodera or finds out the relationship is fake and tries to expose it hoping her sister will be happy. (At this point I forget if Onodera knows that chitoge and Raku are dating)

Not only did it not stop Momo but she even replaced Lala as the main female lead xD

Not at all. Most people were enjoying her before and I for myself still do but some people rightfully fear that the author is overdoing it a bit with her hostility and the length of her arc.

I felt the same, enjoyed the first 2 chapters, after that it felt like.....well like a slap in the face. Its like, a baby is crying and you find it cute. After 10 hours of crying and waking up in 3 in the morning, oh "cute" is out the window and that is the type of feeling I think most the audience have. Its cute, but after a while the cuteness isn't there no more.

They may use her hostility, like her threat to smash the thing, as a reason to finally open it and see what's inside.

Whatever is inside the pendant should be a clue(if not the answer) to the forgotten childhood promise so I can't help but feel that it'll only be revealed near the ending...
Oh wait, there are three keys so maybe there are actually two more locks to be opened after the pendant, the thing inside being a clue to the next locked object which contains a clue to the third/last locked object which contains the answer. (thus prolonging the manga)

Rivals of Harem MCs have a tendency of pissing off the readers (well, most of them) and eventually they all drop to the background or comic relief.

Honestly, I'm cool with having episodic misadventures with the group through the three years as long as it stays entertaining.

I'm not going to lie, the last chapter really pissed me off. Raku had the perfect chance to convince her that he was the one who rescued her and NOW he decides to lie and say it was someone else!? With that in mind I really wanted to choke Haru to death, I have no problem in her not liking Raku seeing as she has her way of looking at things but when you threaten to destroy something of another person even when you are proven wrong is the actions of a child. I hope Onodera shows her some manners by kicking her ass inside out.

So...I'm taking a little Hiatus from my hiatus of the manga since the very next chapter I complained about Haru and her development...the manga jumps to Paula and Tsugumi...A VERY WELCOME CHANGE!!!

That said, it was an entertaining chapter...I really like Paula as opposed to Haru who started getting on my nerves. I hope Paula doesn't go the same route.
