I believe it was mentioned before that Blanc's game would essentially be expansion of U - The biggest addition would have to be the multiplayer.
Now that I think about it, during the trailer, I couldn't help but feel that Famitsu and Dengekiko weren't exactly on amicable terms. I wonder if there's a Lily Rank system in this game as well? (Won't be finding out until I get my copy next week, I think.)

On that note, Blanc's game: Gekijigen Blanc+Neptune VS Zombie Gundan (a.k.a. Uberdimension Blanc+Neptune Faction VS the Zombie Army) is now out in Japan! The Japanese PSN Store page lists the download at 1.1GB.

Please also find some scans from this week's Weekly Famitsu.
As mentioned before, a DLC code is included in this issue for Famitsu-chan's weapon: "Platinum Blaster".
The other DLC codes (Dengeki PlayStation's Nepgyaa assist character, and Blanc's Idol College Hammer), should now also be redeemable on the Japanese PSN Store.

In recent Idea Factory International news...

IFI will be holding their 2nd press conference in San Francisco on December 3rd, and there's a chance you'll be able to attend too. Details here.
If you're in London, England next week (Oct 23 - 25), IFI's EU arm will have a booth at MCM London Comic Con (like last year). You'll get a chance to try out the PC version of Re;Birth3 and an early build of Neptunia VII (PS4). More info here.

The website for the Neptune vs. Sega Hard Girls crossover game had a minor update recently, with a new page for the opening and ending songs for the game.

I haven't had a chance to actually play the game yet, unfortunately. The soundtrack (as a certain idol would say) is quite rockin'. I'll post some further impressions up once I've had some time to play it.

Idea Factory International are going to have a booth at the Lastation PlayStation Experience event, which is being held in San Francisco on December 5th to 6th. Aside from Neptunia VII, two other unannounced games will also have playable demos at the event (these will be announced at IFI's press conference on Dec 3). (Facebook post linked to the image below)
IFI will also be streaming Neptunia VII on their YouTube Gaming channel tomorrow. Details here.
Somewhat out of the left field, the free Re;Birth3 Scout Pack that was released last month for the Japanese Vita version of the game has now also been released for the NA and EU Vita versions as well.
Chapter 2 of the Gakuen Game Neptune - Katsudou Diary manga is now up. I do believe there is a translated version of chapter 1 out there on the Internet...
The Hello New World manga (penned by Mikage, Baku) is returning for one-shot in the 10th anniversary issue of Dengeki Maoh.
The bonus shop item page for the Neptune vs. Sega Hard Girls crossover game got updated. Now with a coloured preview version of Uzume in a frilly dress (A3 poster), and a preview of Ebten's Famitsu DX Pack (consists of a B2 tapestry of Neptune in a kimono, a 2cm x 2cm microfibre cloth featuring Sega-style box art for the game, and a set of five keyrings).

Small update this time around. The feature for the crossover game outlines the three story chapters of the game. The Dengekiya online store is now selling a bunch of new Nep merch, and it looks like a special 5th Anniversary Dengeki Neptune issue is set to be released on November 26.
There's a little feature on Blanc's game too, showcasing the giant eight bosses.

In other news:

The NA/EU site for Neptunia VII has been updated to include bios for the CPU Candidates.
Neptune vs. Sega Hard Girls JP website updated: new gallery shots and new system page for Dungeons added. New stuff you can do in dungeons include dashing, dash jumps, climbing walls and ropes, plus crawling. Destructible objects and collectibles make a return.
The Japanese version of Neptunia VII to get patch 1.04 (no date announced yet) for compatibility for future DLC, alongside other bug-squashing and tweaking.
The Japanese version of Blanc's game was patched to v1.01- new stuff includes HP values when locked onto an enemy, torn outfits for characters that were in Neptunia U, and the ability to respec characters (prior to the patch, you would spend AP when levelling up to upgrade HP, ATK, DEF and TECH, but you didn't have a way to undo the changes). A special multiplayer quest was also added too.

EDIT: Looks like I missed hearing about this one: To celebrate Blanc's game, Hifumi Shobo are taking orders for a Blanc oppai mousepad (based off Blanc's dream in Neptunia VII) for a limited time (30 Oct to 15 Nov), with delivery expected to be in Jan 2016 - details here.

On amazon it says that Hyper dimensional Neptunia will be avliable January 26, 2016. however this dose not mean much since they have t put a date on all pre releases, but it gives us a idea of its release.

Nice, I wonder why IFI haven't said anything about this yet? This should be good news for those who don't use or refuse to use Steam (and would prefer the DRM-free option).

It looks like there's a sale on a few of the Neptunia games over on the EU PSN store.

The NA/EU version of the Neptunia VII website was updated to add Adult Neptune, Uzume and Orange Heart.
