Just tried logging in, all EU servers are still down.
Reading in this thread, item squish seems to be extreme and seems like SoO and Ordon were not scaled correctly if they are butchering raids.

Yeah, Ordos was hitting for a good hundred thousand or more, and tanks only have a little over a hundred and fifty thousand, if that. Had some spectacular wipes in SoO tonight to, and healing was painful. I'm not a fan of what they did to my monk, god makes me want to cry manly tears. Feels so awkward and weak now. Thank god I'm gona play my destro lock this expansion, or maybe the DK.

New UBRS was fun though, I hope they add more little trade skill inter actives in instances (engineers can calibrate the turrets to attack NPCs, but better be fast otherwise they will turn them on you!).

Paladin healing feels awful too. It got better once I realized I could spam Flash of Light almost endlessly if I mixed in some Holy Shocks and Holy Power dumps, but my god... those dumps have 1.5sec casts now utterly sucks.

I'm actually considering switching to my Warrior for Draenor after how bad HPally felt, which will obviously only feel worse once I don't have near endless mana regen at max level.

My friend plays Paladin and said that aside from his health numbers not being huge, he was killing things faster during the Iron Horde intro quest in the Blasted Lands. He's use to thing dying after about 45 seconds, now they die faster than than. He's not sure if that is "normal" now, if he has a damage boost of sorts, or if these mobs are just easy. He was doing between 3500 and 7000 damage.

I think they hotfixed some of the incorrectly scaling raid damages.

massive nerfs and buffs in the hotfix today. Hunters and Paladins with a 20% boost across the board, other classes get nerfs.

Shadowmourne and Warglaives fixed, but still nothing about Thunderfury, lols.

I don't expect a hotfix for Thunderfury before WoD is out.

One thing I noticed is that with the new patch, experience needed to level up was also squished.
A quest in the Jade Forest gave me like 13k exp and the exp needed to level up from 86 to 87 was only 550k.

Hmm, yes. I'm just making my return to WoW. I had a good run in FFXIV and might go back to that at some point... but one does not simply stop using crack.

I leveled up an alt from 80 to 90 in like 6 hours. Warriors seem to be kicking serious ass right now, so that's what I'm going to be playing in WoD.

Apparently... fury(?) Is the way to go atm, but yeah, don't be surprised if it is nerfed.

Fury already got a 17% nerf yesterday.

I'm still considering trying Fury over Arms for leveling. Arms just feels clunky outside of farming. I hadn't realized it was that meh (since I'd mostly just been farming) until I did Headless Horseman today. It takes so long to ramp up enough Rage to not be starved.

The Oceanic servers are actually being moved to Australia (currently on the US West Coast), there will be a two week period for free* character transfers for Oceanic players not on Oceanic servers. Transfers start NEXT WEEK. Reserve your names now.

* Well, you still pay but are actually reimbursed the money within 3 days.

Other than the complete butchering of my stats. I kind of want to be there when Warlords officially releases. Time to brush up on my Paladin skills!
