I would like to request an animated avatar from Episode 8 of Casshern Sins: the part when the face of Janice (the singer girl) is shown with sparkles in the air and tears on her face. (Something like this.) I'm not sure about the border, but maybe a black border would be nice.

Tried to make animated, but at resizing it, you can't see the animation. I made a static though, maybe somebody else better than me at this can help you D:

I'd like it to be an image of Yuu as he's wrapped in the film strips. In the box, I'd like Yuu to be positioned a little to the right, so not quite centered. Black border would be nice, and if anyone can figure out how to animate this for an avatar, that would be wonderful, but looking at this, I'd think that would be quite difficult.

Not Heigth 240, Width 220-240. It's the heigth that is 110-120.

Silly me, I read it wrongly. Here's one with a height of 110, the width cannot reach 220 without distortion of the image.

Other than the solution ayu correctly proposed, you might accept a compromise since, cropping part of Lucy's head, the resizing would bring to a size closer to your wishes.

I previously posted a request for an avatar, and just now decided to try and make it myself. While I have succeeded, it is a crumby version of what I wanted to do. I just wanted to say that, just because I managed to make it myself, does not mean that I am canceling my request. Essentially, I am asking for a version of this picture with a black border/frame, and, if possible, animated in such a way as to make the film strips move.

...I read the guidelines to this thread, by the way, and I hope this doesn't fall under the category of being impatient, but if it does, I apologize.
