Yeah, Cuba is pretty good x_x Korea was undefeated until last night I think. I find it so weird how Korea beats Japan twice but doesn't advance to the finals after losing only once to Japan. I guess that's how the system works :|

I'm hoping that Cuba's second baseman (Gourriel) defects. He's pretty awesome.

Well congrats to Team Japan. Good to know that Mr. Oh is still alive and well. Oh and they should donate the prize money to the Katrina victims or something. They are making more than enough in their homeland.

My thoughts exactly. And think of all those poor Cuban plays that have to go home and face the humiliation of having lost. And by humiliation, I mean death by firing squad.

Now time to switch to MLB action!

Preseason predictions - Who's going to be in the WS, and who'll win?

I knew it since the moment I saw that Japan made it to the semifinals that they where going to be the Champions! Very Ironic, WE Latin’s tough (specially in my country) of ourselves as the supreme rulers of Baseball, Well, We guess wrong!

Congratulations to team Japan, I was hoping they win this one vs Cuba!

I was really hoping for a cuban victory, just to cheese off all the white anime fans that think anything and everything japanese is superior. Ah well. At least now that the lame WBC is over, major league players can get back to...oh, i dont know.....PREPARING FOR THE MLB SEASON. I just thank god no one got seriously hurt in the WBC. It would suck if someone on my fantasy team tore up a knee playing in this tourney. Hey, MLB. Its called the OLYMPICS. Baseball isn't an Olympic sport for NOTHING, you know.

I thought that the one of the reasons they made the WBC was because baseball were to be eliminated as an Olympic sport after Beijing 2008.
