Bleach Episode 270 Discussion Thread

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. The preview in episode 269 seems to indicate that today's episode will be a decent to a good one in terms of animated movement. How much of that will be materialized in the actual episode cannot be told just from those very brief snapshots in the preview. The episode should have aired by now, so fans that have already seen it, they can kindly fill us in. At this point I really don't care about the story any more. As long as there is a sickly animated episode with lots and lots of action, the shounen-fan in me will be happy. I also think this isn't going to be one of those episode. Better than average perhaps but nothing more. We shall see..

If this episode animations is better than last as you say than I can't wait to see this episode.

Ichigo fighting Ulquiorra is bound to be good.

The animation was definitely good, possibly the best looking episode since 166, though I should wait for a HQ raw before speaking.

Too bad all the action consisted of Ichigo getting slaughtered by Ulquiorra.

edit: hm no, the animation wasn't as impressive as I thought at first. Still above the average Bleach episode though.

I really enjoyed this ep. I was entertained from beginning to end. The director followed the manga very closely which is good news. The animation was excellent too. I hope they keep it up for next week. It's gonna be killer.

Edit: Orihime definitely wasn't annoying in this one. I didn't mind her at all.

Anyway glad to see a better episode coming out, after all it's the long anticipated Ichigo vs Ulqiorra fight. Didn't come around to seeing it myself yet but I'm looking forward to see an enjoyable episode.

Time to watch Ulqui making it rain and keep mopping the floor with Stwarberry-kun .... well in all fairness, now that Ulqui went "Dark Knight" things are bound to b good.... I am just crossing my fingers in the hopes they won't screw up w the animation...

Ah ! They changed Gin's eye color to blue in the Shinigami cup, as it should be. I was wondering if they were ever going to correct it. It makes him look even more foxy.

You can place your spam here. Honestly I am tired of seeing every episode thread being filled with zzzz Orihime sux or zzzzzzz Orihime said "Kurosaki-kun" 165 times in this episode comments.

As for the episode, got my hands on some screens as it isn't out subbed yet. They really look promising so maybe Bleach finally gets better. Then again it's Kubo

and no Renji/Chad/Rukia at all

oh yeah, i don't mind orihime's milolion kurosaki-kun thing one bit. i loooooooved that scene and couldn't get enough of it
