Meh, there are much, much more severe cases of a protagonist being a blockhead or insensitive. The worse that could happen here is probably Shana doing a >

face and a few urusai or being stubborn and refusing Yuji's help for a fight.

Anyway, very good episode, lots of movement going on. This is probably going to be the final arc for the anime unless they plan to introduce a whole new cast of flame hazes and tomogazus.

Oh and the mythological connections on this show is kindergartener stuff compare to the ones like Mai Hime's.

Do we ever find anything out about Yuuji's father?

If not, is it possible he is the final villian?

Most of the time when someone has a father who is barely mentioned, the father always turns out to be someone important later on. It is rather cliched though.

Maybe, maybe not. Who knows? But I do know he didn't move away for work. It's more like he exited Misaki City to work and is said to be back by Golden Week on one of the episodes, if I recall correctly.

Actually, I don't think it's going to be so easy for this to be one final arc. That is, if they do think of a second season. There's still

The episode was very interesting, indeed. Traveling away from Misaki City, an impending attack from someone called the Professor, (probably the voice that spoke to the Trinity) and Yuji accepting Kazumi's invitation....Looks like Shana's in for a small heartbreak... Aside from that, looks like Margery has almost established herself as an ally to Shana and Yuji, throw in Wilhelmina and Khamsin with his agenda as a normal Flame Haze against the Trinity...More excitement to come, I expect. Does anyone get the feeling that Seirei-den and Tendou-kyu are the same type of places?
