It's not. First of all, it's all being said by Homura and Madoka. There's no third party involved. Second, there's no word for goddess or puella magi there. There's only three unique kanji. The first one is "Watashi", second (which occurs twice) is for "bride", and I'm not sure what the third one is. I know I've seen it before, but I'm completely lost on what it is at the moment, though I believe it's a verb.
