That's Jingai Makyou or Chaos Gate. JAST USA was suppose release it in english but due to compatibility issues with Windows 7/8 it has been shelved indefinitely.

Personally I prefer Nishii's art during the mid to late 2000s when he was still with Nitroplus. His girls nowadays look kinda round due to Samurai Girls though I still like his art work.

Just wondering why you consider it low key?

They're lying cause I can play it perfectly fine on win 7. Oh right nishi also did the artwork for Balssreiter.

Samurai Girls is low key. (BDs/Novels didn't really sell that well) It isn't really that popular because it probably stems from the fact that you can find so many gender broken sengoku era stuff. People who read samurai girls probably only read it cause they like Nishi's art.

I wouldn't exactly say they're lying but JAST is probably not telling us the whole truth. I think you need Windows applocale to properly run it. There may also be other issues that they're not willing to share. Jingai Makyou was also originally suppose to be their next release after Demonbane.

They're lying through they're teeth. They probably just don't want to waste time coding it. The game is pretty small to start with. It runs fine. If i can play Rance 1 on a win 7 I can play anything. The problem they might be having is win 8. But who really uses win 8 pft.

You know i actually like the story not just the art itself..and i think imo hj bunko produce some of the best harem based novel out there - daimaou, hagure yuusha, etc...
It can't be helped, this is not for everyone and Ecchiness is just a bonus (to me)

Agree with you. This novel is simply 1 of the best, not only because of art, but the story. Btw, did the author said that his sketch for vol.15 are better than before?!

Idk, that's exactly what it says..he says the pic is recommended by him.I haven't buy/order the book yet...
