That fin behind the cockpit seems to be connected to wat it seems to be a head or something below. Much like the Kyrios.

Yeah,the shoulder binder produce some GN particles,strange.Oh well,maybe the artist want to make some cool effect.

Actually it has clear beam saber parts, just that they're not colored plastic.

See there.

Not perfect, but then again it's better than what I expected, which was PINK beam saber parts... at least I can paint this in clear yellow like how the blade should look like...
