Condor hero is a must! go get it now.... but i would say that the story is more of a factor than the fighting.

I would not recommend a person to follow an anime series just for one episode. That would be like telling someone to eat 10000 bittergourds just because 1 of them is very sweet.

Seriously though, there is not much 'real' martial arts anime due to the oft-included fantastic elements.

I liked Grappler Baki. Very good fights, somewhat unrealistic, but real at the same time.
Chars based on real martial artists.

when i said street fighting type i meant street fighter type. i don't like it when they do powers when they fight eachother.

the only two realistic martial art animes that comes to my mind are grappler baki but you didn't like that now did you, probably because you only seen the one shot ova that was done a decade ago, if you haven't watched the T.V series try it, if u have then try hajime no ippo it's about profisional boxing no street fights though mostly competition matches also that is if you consider boxing as a martial art
