the only two realistic martial art animes that comes to my mind are grappler baki but you didn't like that now did you, probably because you only seen the one shot ova that was done a decade ago, if you haven't watched the T.V series try it, if u have then try hajime no ippo it's about profisional boxing no street fights though mostly competition matches also that is if you consider boxing as a martial art
