Well, it depends on how much strength Amata put into puling back his punches and how much Accelerator amplified it.
The power Amata put into his punches cannot be more than a mere light jabs.
Still, light jabs seriously hurts.

Now this is definitely not true. The only time this happen was in his first fight with Stiyl and I think Fiamma. Almost all his fights had him punching his enemies a few times before taking them down with the last punch.

Sisters Arc: didn't have the determination to keep on fighting, Accelerator himself knew he was wrong and was freaking out because Touma's IB .

WWIII: he wasn't on his mind after MW broke him down.


A fight where we had him being calculative was VS Kakine(before Yomikawa's lulz), Kill Point, Sugitani, Kuroyoru AFAIK.

There are ways to bypass the IB. And Touma did say that Othinus knows how IB actually works.

So she could've revived Touma by using the IB. I mean she did return everything back in the end with the IB.

I mean, when Touma and co showed up in NT 8 Ollerus and Fiamma were being tossed aside in front of them. That didn't happen when he showed up this time though; but that was probably something that was bypassed as 'something we all already seen happen' and thus not worth repeating.

Sherry - I remember there was one punch on her before the last that made her put a dent on a wall.

Agnese -Punched her twice.

Biagio - Punched him twice to.

Oriana - How could you forget the ass whooping she got. Touma punched her once in those work clothes she had on. Its did stop her for the moment but it didn't defeat her. When she put on those sexy clothes both Touma and Stiyl punched her at the same time before Touma finished her off.

Amakusa Girl from vol.7 - Don't even know why you put her, but ok.

Terra - I remember a moment in that fight where Touma threw a stone at Terra's head. So you can count that as damaging his opponent.

Vento - In the state she was in anyone could have punch her once and that would be the in a it.

Fiamma - I said I thought he got KO'd with one hit didn't I.

Anyway even if I'm wrong and he did beat his enemies with one punch they were already weaken from something before. So the one punch thing can't be complete bull. That's what I'm trying to say.
