Rather than being funny... I found the humor a bit abusive, slapstick at best.
I guess its going to depend on how Naeka and the insane maids develop their interactions. Probably won't bother with the series unless I start hearing something besides "slapstick/rinse/recycle".

According to the Who Subs What wiki, Ayako is planning to do it. They have already released first eps of ToLoveRu and Kanokon, so they have a full plate.

I thought that episode was pretty hilarious mainly because how creepy the Maid Guy truly is. I keep laughing whenever he does the Hokuto no Ken fighting poses for no reason other than to be a super pervert. I'm loving it.
And the fanservice? Blissfully blunt and yes, almost to the point of being 'abusive'. Reminds me a bit of Dokuro-chan a bit, another show I loved for the rather extreme fanservice and overt violence. |

Ehm... is anyone else seeing the same as me in the Yakuza & TK fansubs?
Spoiler:
Is that a strange foreign language? Or is it the Language of the Ancients? Either way, the karaoke subs were in perfect English. And there was no second subtitle track, either.

^ Works fine for me.
Anyway I enjoyed the first episode of Kamen no Maid Guy, the KOTOKO intro was alright, Naeka was big and bouncy and I was surprised to see that they showed her nipples and than censored her ass later on with some light. Iguchi Yuka who voices Naeka was also Aiko from True Tears, she seems to be rather new VA so I hope to see more from her in the future. The Maid Guy Kogarashi was hilarious, Koyama Rikiya is so underused it's nice to see him get a few roles this season. |

Just watched it and no offense to any Maid Guy fans out there, but he looks more suspicious than any future assasins. He looks like a guy who can carry out gruesome murder at any time of the day.But yeah, his antics are pretty funny.

At the mention of nipples, I must watch this anime.
No, but KOTOKO OP + GAR guy + non-excessive fanservice = fine in my book. I had actually planned not to watch this because of of maid guys, though. So after Neo Angelique Abyss... all right. |
