It's from Phoenix Wright, which first came out on the GBA and released on DS in N.America. It's original name is Gakuten Saiban which means 'reversing judgement', which you can see in the picture as the largest 4 characters.

I'm not good at reading Japanese...I can read kanji all right, but not the two -ganas...

Edit: Forget it, found them on his DeviantArt. That'd be right, spend half an hour trawling the internets, only to have them turn up somewhere obvious.
