Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa [manga]
Synopsis: Meet Kuromine Asahi, "the man who can't lie". On the way home, he just learned an important secret. That his crush, Shiragami Youko, is actually a vampire! Can Asahi actually keep her secret? It's a fun, clumsy, one of a kind vampire romantic comedy! Author & Artist - Masuda Eiji The main character is a high school student that cannot hide his emotions and easily read by his schoolmates. So far it's just introduction, I've only read a first chapter but I have a feeling, it will be good. It's quite reminiscent of the manga Sankarea without the tragic tone.

I have read up through ch 7 of this one. It is kinda funny and wierd at tne same time. Not really my cup of tea, but certainly not "offensive" by any means. Kinda light hearted fluff. ^^

Love this series, was gonna make a thread myself but as usual too damn lazy
I really quite like the art for this, rather cute in a odd way. So far I have to say both girls are just adorable, hard to say who I like more at this point really. Btw one of the best "rejection before a confession" moments I've seen

I was wondering what chapter 8 was really all about but that bit at the end totally made me lol cause I honestly did not think about that
I haven't looked at the raws yet but do I spy 2 more girls yet to appear? One with horns and one with red hair? One of the really great things about this series(which will be very odd coming from me) is it's a great read without all the unnecessary up-skirt pantie or cleavage shots(well ok we sorta gotta one cleavage shot in chapter 8 but that was ok) Shiragami Youko <3

O.M.G....I did not expect that
Nows that one hell of a twist if I ever saw one. Thing is genderbending always tends to tickle my fancy but here I'm really not sure what to make of it, either cause it's actually coming across as weird in some way or I'm still just in shock at the reveal>__< I've enevr been so confused over a character before, one the one had she's smoking hot on the other hand he's a wolfman Eitehr way I'm still loving this series, it's still alot of fun plus damn that Shiragami has got a wonderful smile The stick throwing was absolutely hilarious

Wow, looking at raws harem grew heavily:
-vampire -alien -warewolf -fake glasses osanajimmie -kid from future -angel (I assume teacher and demon-director are out). Holy shit for Shiragami finally going for victory in latest raws.

Ok this is without a doubt one of the best romcoms around, there are alot of good romcoms I'd say but for me alot of them tend to miss on either the rom or the com.
Most tend to end up as comedic romance(like Nisekoi) while not a bad thing I can't say it's a good thing either, the likes of Nisekoi has ran abit dry at times. Even some of the big time classics for me at least don't compare to how much I'm enjoying this series, there is a almost perfectly balanced line between the romance and comedy here(nothing is perfect in this regard but this is damn close) Like for the lastest chapter(ch 26) the moment Aizawa realizes here love for Kuromine is deadly sweet but also hilariously funny cause of the ice cream cones stuck to Kuro's face But then you have the following page that just hits you smack dab on the face, never has a heroine looked as confused, mildly distraught and oh so sweet all at the same time. The feels.....

Discovered this due to a recent update, and almost put it down because of the art style before I reminded myself that I really shouldn't do that. And I'm glad I did pick this up despite that qualms, because this manga is an overlooked gem of a harem comedy.
Main character who's not an idiot, can keep his wits about him, and isn't deathly allergic of women? Check. Girls who are not only interesting, but each perceptive, snarky and totally capable of switching between the tsukkomi and boke roles so seamlessly (it's sad when it's the alien who's the voice of reason at times ). Check. Hijinks that don't always revolve around fanservice or stereotypical harem misunderstandings and comic violence, and are actually genuinely entertaining? Check. Situations that somehow are resolved logically, yet still be completely based upon being totally absurd? Check! Why isn't this manga more popular than it is? It's a riot!

Yeah, it is. But, the team that's translating this has been doing it on and off because they're trying to find more translators. Luckily, /a/nons have found this manga great as well and might've volunteered to help. As of right now, the manga has 70+ chapters released.
Now, onto the latest chapter (32, by the way), Shiragami is really sleepy and Akane goes waaaay overboard. |

One time where the term "coward" in a harem series is perfectly played!

This author is evil. I can't believe Mikan, who everybody hated so much in the beginning, became totally adorable.
Reading this manga is like watching a talented young author growing up and getting the hang of it before our eyes. It's just lovely. |

A lot of the characters have come up into their own, aside from the Principle, and its just a treat to read such a well-crafted harem manga with practically zero fanservice =03.
