I'd like to see FMP but somehow a part in me just hopes they don't do it.

They're better off with trying a new series in the mecha genre if that's the case.

If there's something, the character designs seem more close to Nishiya. I wouldn't be surprised. That guy's talented as hell with both girls and boys.

What does it say at the end above Kyoani's logo? So far none of these CMs has turned into a reality, but we had those pics saying "in production now?" at DO's site. Maybe they were just talking about this 30sec thing?

A New Challenge! is the catchphrase of this CM.

Personally, with how it opens via the same small animation the previous 8 CMs have taken while the Tamako Market CMs lacked those animation bits, I'm pretty sure this is just a CM. There's no site or anything for it. This is probably Do's first CM, which is why they were hyping it. Previous ones were just by KyoAni main staff.

While I'm still persistent in thinking it really is Nishiya. This being an Animation DO project puts that out of the way since Nishiya is in KyoAni. If it really is Hiroko Utsumi, then I wonder if Nishiya consulted her regarding some designs. Seriously, the flamboyant designs in Hyouka have shown here.

What particularly surprised me here was the first CM in the list. I couldn't believe it was Horiguchi who designed that one. Aside from that the usual Kigami being a monster and doing solo key. Well it's not like it was that intensive in animation, but still props to matching the feel of the character designs.

Probably the animation director Utsumi is paired with, Miku Kadowaki (門脇未来). She's been given tons of praise from Horiguchi and is solely a Do member, plus she hasn't worked as an AD for Tamako Market (yet). She was an assistant for episode 6, and drew key animation for episode 1, but hasn't been in the AD position. (we should get leaks soon for the remaining main staff for that show)

Yeah, I'm willing to bet on Miku Kadowaki. She did designs and illustrations for this Kyoani LN: http://www.kyotoanimation.co.jp/books/yuuyake/
They're not quite the same as the CM (because those really look like Nishiya), but I think there are some similarities.

You could pretty much tell it was just a KyoAni CM right off the bat. Nice to have solid evidence though. I knew it was too good to be true. ;___;
