It should be the Dawn Island Arc, but there's also the change that it's filler. It would fit the pattern: Come of major arc, get a dozen or so filler episodes, another major arc.

Not a huge surprise the WG would pull a stunt like this. Though if one of those criminals that is supposed to be locked up causes a major incident how do they intend to explain it? Are they just going to say he wasn't actually captured and was just laying low for years? Even if you don't call them escapees from level 6 should still have wanted posters sent out. Just say it's for guys who they had lost track of.

Anyways the world really is going to shift now. Kind of funny how Moria was looking to be in great shape with all those corpses to work with. Instead he's being taken out. The islands protected by Whitebeard are going to be open to attack. The news about One Piece should spur a new generation of pirates to set out. Of course BlackBeard is going to change things up also. Should be a crazy future.

Since Whitebeard is dead, other pirate crews are moving in on his territories, including one named Brownbeard.~

Also Luffy finally wakes up from his coma and throws quite the rampage. He's in quite a pit of despair right now. =(

Looks like the flashback will start next week. I'm hoping it doesn't go as many weeks as it did in the manga.

Well no surprising that Luffy would rage once he woke up. I'd actually be surprised if he didn't rage, considering the amount of psychological damage he received. A testament to his willpower that he was even able to move given the physical shape his body is in. Sad ep towards the end.

Sad to see Ivankov leave but he has his own stuff to take care of. So since he's going home i assume he'll meet Sanji. Also i wonder how Dragon will react to the news once he reports in.

We're getting a One Piece x Toriko crossover because the Toriko anime will be starting in two weeks.

Does anyone know when the english subbed of episode 492 going to be released? All of the links I have visited are apparently raw. One of the site I recently visited said the english subs will be released on april 9th, not sure how credible that info is.

Great episode! i think with all the seriouse and sad moments that have happen latley I enjoyed luffy meeting ace for the first time!

Well probably once they finished the flashback because this song is more "posotive"(cant think of another word XD) and it would be more fitting when luffy snaps out of his sadness/madness

It's the start of the spring anime season, so it's perfect timing for a new OP.

So we finally see who Dadan is. Why would Garp trust bandits to raise Ace and Luffy if he wanted them to become navy soldiers? Was it just to toughen them up?

Sigh .. Why show us fillers of Ace and Luffy now ? What difference does it make anymore for us to know about their childhood when Ace is no more ... I mean come on, how many years is it going to take before Luffy will unite with his crew once again ? At this rate, quite many I think <.<

Actually, it's canon. This is the final arc before Luffy reunites his crew.
