@Killer: Yay bunnygirls. But it looks as if it was shrunken in a weird way, and the pic looks kinda grainy. Not sure how to describe it, but it's that look you get when you shrink an image too much. 8/10

Rikimtasu: It's very difficult because you have chosen to put the main point (bad expression ) at the middle of the signature. There is not much you can do. If you put some special things into the background, the whole signature will lose its focus and you don't know where to look at first. Probably you try to put some ornaments in the background which are proceed at the utter side. Hell, I guess nobody understands what I want to say Principal, I would chose another background and then put in effects ... so...

Killer What tool are you using Try not to force the pic to go to the dimension like 400x150 if the characters dun fit in dun compress them crop it so its nice. Gimp is a free and pretty nice tool to use. If you are using photoshop try Resizing the image and crop to get better effects

Open the Layers dialog. In each layer, add "(xx ms)" to the layer name, the xx being the number of ms you want the layer to last. It's gonna take some trial and error until you get the end result you want, so the Animation Previewer is your friend.
And your sig is nice! But too fast. 9/10 cuz you're new.
