This a small question, but...did the nickname of "K1" for Keichi originally come from American or Japanese viewers?

Western viewers I think. It originates from Keiichi Moristato from Oh my Goddess. He writes his name as K1 on his racing uniform and thus western fans often used that as a shorthand as well. Since they have the same name, it carried over to Keiichi Maebara.

the origin of the nickname is japanese, tho as K is pronounced as Key and ichi is one (but if eryops is right, that is the original of the amg character).

There are several possibilities for your first question.
It's not really given, but it's either that Hanyuu doesn't have or feel a need to materialize anymore (seeing as they finally broke through fate) or that she does not have enough power to continue to do so.

As for your other question, in this "perfect" world, Mion and Shion never switched. So Mion is in fact Shion, as you said.

I have now watched the Anime as the VN is still not available fully translated (well it will take until October for the "official" version and I didn't want to wait anymore, after reading Umineko - though I know those two aren't "directly" related but as I liked it, I really wanted to see Higurashi too) and I finally wanted to know the story of Higurashi and I end up with a few questions (the questions might also contain a few slight spoilers to Umeniko):

Lambdadelta never appeared in Higurashi herself, did she? I mean also not in the the VN or was it just that she didn't appear in the Anime?
But Bernkastel and Lambdadelta are both talking about Higurashi when they are talking about where Lambdadelta was defeated, don't they?
Also: I am not completely sure but how was this timeloop done. I thought that Hanyuu is responsible for it but then why would she do so if she didn't believe in "winning"?
Furthermore, what is the link to Lambdadelta?
Furthermore, at the end of Kai "older Rika" appeared before Miyoko. Actually, I wonder why she did so and also how. I don't see why she traveled back in time if there was no need. Furthermore, Rika herself shouldn't be able to do this - except that was Bernkastel but Bernkastel still uses her younger body (normally) - or was that actually Rika's mother and it was a glimpse from that other world we see in Rei? Also: Why was Miyoko still alive then? I thought they were in that bus? Did they take an earlier or later bus because their daughter came with them?
Also: How did Rika "turn into" Bernkastel? Could it be related to what we see in Rei - especially Ep4 because there Rika said to stop being the "Witch Bernkastel" and become Rika again? Could this more or less be the birth of Bernkastel?
Furthermore, (regarding her stop to be the witch) I actually don't get this because she wasn't a witch before (in Higurashi), was she? Especially, she hadn't been called Bernkastel yet, so why would she say/think this?

I think some of those questions might have been answered in the VN but as said translation project never finished, nor is it published anymore and the "officially" English releases aren't out yet, so I currently can't go through them.

Anyway, here is my take on those points, based purely on info available in english, it would have helped if you had numbered your questions, I will answer them in order.

Lambda never appears in higurashi.
Yes, they were talking about higurashi.
Because she had spent hundreds of years alone, it was no until Rika was born that she knew a person who could comunicate to her that's why she can't give rika up, so she just takes rika's memories to another kakera. (IMHO hanyu is a lesser traveler level witch, pretty far from god level). Note that timeloops do not exist in when they cry.
I don't understand your question... after more tought I think I did, lambda delta is teh witch of certainty, as such she gave takano the power to become god by killing tomitake/rika and creating the hinamisawa gas incident.

Since the memories were trasnferred, the human body can only hold so many memories, so eventually a lot of memories were left over in the "kakera world", those memories created bernkastel, whom is pretty mucha clone of rika in several aspects.
Rika createdthe berknastel name, that's the brandname of the wine she drinks pretty much during the whole higurashi series (yep, she spends most of the series drunk).

So you mean that was Bernkastel? So Bernkastel is what was created by the memories she left behind? Though I don't really understand how that would work because those are "just" memories without a soul and/or body - though I believe in the Meta-World a body is not requried?. Also: Why did she become a witch just because of this? Shouldn't her memories just create another "human" in the best case scenario? Was that mentioned in Higurashi VN?
Also Rika herself just enjoyed being with her friends? So that is solely related to Bernkastel?

But I still don't get the point about her "stopping to be the witch Bernkastel". OK, she might have created that name because of the wine - was that mentioned in Higurashi VN? Because I am pretty sure I didn't hear that name before that point in the Anime - but she herself hadn't been a witch up to that point. Only her memories she left behind have become a witch according to your statement.

Regarding "become a god" and Lambdadelta: So that person was Takano (the one mentioned in that one "letter")?

Btw. I just read that the fan translation project is allowed to continue though it was licensed by MangaGamer. I think that is good news but also "interesting". I never heard of a situation like this before.

Whenever Rika refers to herself, it is written as "ボク". When Hanyuu refers to herself, it is written as "僕". Both are pronounced "boku", yet Rika's is written in katakana. Why is this?

A few posts before maximilianjenus mentioned that Hanyuu is a lesser taveller witch but in Rei she was able to stop time. Aren't only pretty highly skilled witches - like Bernkastel and Lambdadelta - able to stop time?

Hanyuu isn't a witch, she's a god. I don't know where one would get the idea that she's a witch, but so far in Umineko she has had no mention made. So it's safe to assume that she's still a god.

Actually, a god should only be a witch with certain powers. A Creator witch is probably what is most likely something to a god. That is why you could also say witch to a god. Futhermore, something like this was also mentioned in Lambdadelta's "diary" (at least I believe it was her diary) that becoming a god means more or less the same as becoming a witch.

However, a god should be - according to definition - almighty which Hanyuu definitely isn't. She can't even keep up the time and world travel for eternity (in Kai it was mentioned that it probably won't work another time at the last "iteration").

Still, Bern and Lambda are also "Voyager" witches, which mean that they don't lose power when they travel to different worlds... Hanyuu, on the other hand, seems to be limited to the worlds of Hinamizawa and the events of Higurashi, and her powered has waned... (perhaps Lambda got angry? Who knows... that is something that might be revealed in the next year...)
