If Sohara really is a program, it could mean that after she died in the past someone, I don't know who, maybe Tomoki, went to that tower in Synapse and re-wrote the world and that Sohara program was the result.

This manga has been dead serious behind all the silly humor, but even then shit seriously just got real.

I'd like to remind you that one of Icarus' first actions in the series was destroying the world.....

Granted, she made it a dream, but seeing Sohara's clothes on the ground empty after she'd been calling him was spooky as hell.

id like to remind you she only did it cause tomoki wanted everyone to leave him alone and she was dumb at the time to misinterpret the wish

That's my point. She wiped out humanity on a misunderstanding. This series has been grimdark hell with a pretty cover from day one. If Tomoki didn't keep dragging people out of their personal hells this would be worse than Evangelion.

Because Chaos needed Hiyori's memories to understand the gravity of her actions. Without it, she would have felt no remorse for killing Tomoki because "pain is love".

So either the world was fake and they'll start again with a new world before certain events happen.


Or they're just going back in time to fix the mistakes they made?(Hiyori, etc will live?)

Kid Sohara probably really died in that chapter when Tomoki and Sohara went back in time to visit themselves, and someone wished/ or created a copy Sohara for Tomoki.

My interpretation is rather than sohara is a copy is that the world is being destroyed and sohara is the first victim? In the last pic the earth is being destroyed ...chipped away...

For some weirdass reason I think pretty soon their going to have tomoki use a card to reverse time and erase everyones memories as well as making the angeloids human

I have no idea what is real and fake in this story anymore. But I have this strange feeling that history is repeating itself and Tomoki is supposed to break the cycle.

I think that the kid sohara died and was turned into daedalus, since she knows Tomoki very well.

Then that daedalus created a copy of current Sohara in her image so she can watch over Tomoki on earth, and also, she created the angeloids to protect tomoki from Synapse.

Well, there's precedent here. The world was pretty much wiped out and restored by Tomoki's wish in the first few chapters, complete with memory alterations.

But I have lots of speculations. The problem is the narrative rarely gives concrete explanations as to what is going on, so every theory is like grabbing a bunch of darts and flinging them at the board.

I just hope the ending would be something which makes sense and doesn't go way too crazy like Air Gear and Tenjou Tenge or worse a rushed end

I thought this chapter implied that the world was wiped out and restored once by Sugata as a child.
